Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and cancellations courteously and efficiently.
- Manage communications and bookings via OTA channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date property listings on portals like Property Finder and Bayut.
- Ensure all reservations are correctly captured in the system following SOPs.
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally, providing accurate information on properties and services.
- Record confirmed bookings and guest details accurately in the Property Management System (PMS) and DTCM system.
- Process payments and send booking confirmations to guests.
- Liaise with accounts to confirm payment before booking finalization.
- Explain rules and regulations of each property to potential guests.
- Monitor and optimize room rates to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Handle escalated issues and dissatisfied guests with empathy and professionalism.
- Work closely with senior management and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Coordinate guest registrations with building management before arrival.
- Make outbound calls to promote extensions, renewals, and special offers.
- Conduct follow-up calls after guest check-out to gather feedback.
- Perform general administrative duties and any tasks assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
