About the Role:
UB Restaurant, located in DIFC, is looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant/Cafeteria Manager to lead its daily operations. The restaurant offers a variety of regional and international dishes and aims to deliver excellent food and service quality to its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/cafeteria
- Lead, train, and supervise the service team
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and general operations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Support marketing efforts and assist with promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a restaurant or cafeteria manager in the UAE
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations in the UAE
- Proven ability to manage staff and operations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in multi-cuisine restaurant operations is a plus
- Candidates with a valid UAE visa may apply
