We are seeking an experienced Cafeteria Manager to oversee the launch and daily operations of our new cafeteria in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in managing cafeteria operations, including inventory management, order handling, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and maintaining quality standards.
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies.
- Train, supervise, and motivate cafeteria staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize cafeteria profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional activities and special events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cafeteria Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred.
