Key Responsibilities
- General Cleaning:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt and debris.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including tables, chairs, and countertops.
- Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and glass fixtures to enhance visibility and aesthetics.
- Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins regularly to prevent overflow.
- Kitchen Sanitation:
- Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, including countertops, stoves, and food preparation areas, to prevent cross-contamination.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and glassware to ensure they are free of food particles and bacteria.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, such as ovens and grills, to adhere to food safety standards.
- Restroom Maintenance:
- Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain a hygienic environment in all guest areas, including restrooms and dining spaces.
- Assisting with Operations:
- Assist with daily operations by performing ongoing cleaning assignments and supporting other staff as needed.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management to ensure a safe working environment.
