We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining room and lead our team to provide best-in-class service. This role is perfect for someone with a fine dining background, strong leadership skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hosts, servers, and support staff
- Maintain Michelin-level service standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to coordinate service
- Manage reservations and guest relations with a focus on personalized experiences
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Monitor inventory, labor, and supply costs to meet budgetary goals
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a fine dining or Michelin-recognized restaurant
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing
- Proficiency with POS and reservation systems (e.g., Sevenrooms, OpenTable, Servme)
- Ability to stay composed in a high-pressure environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
