Core Responsibilities:
- Develop/ maintain the strategic planning and performance management process
- Facilitate and contribute to the development of strategy at ADPorts, including organizing strategy retreats / workshops with internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of developing a fully integrated strategic plan, linked to the long business plans and financial model, as well as the annual operating plan and budget
- Facilitate the development of scorecards for the Maritime & Shipping Cluster, business units and support functions
- Contribute to the development of employee-level scorecards in coordination with HR and the end users / supervisors
- Develop and maintain a master schedule to track initiatives implementations
- Issue performance reports to monitor strategy implementations across all levels / areas
- Participate in the review all strategic, growth / diversification and financial business cases / plans including joint ventures, direct investments and disposals
- Develop and maintain strategic issues register
- Maintain the stakeholder matrix and management plan
- Maintain ADPorts risk register
- Advise on the ADPorts operating model / organizational development

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business and management, preferably with an MBA

- Qualifications: • Degree in Business or Management with preferably with an MBA
