The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, consistent food & beverage quality, and adherence to luxury standards. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in leading the team, maintaining efficiency, and creating a memorable fine dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to deliver five-star service.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards and wine/beverage service.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
