Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in Dubai and international markets.
- Promote and present our services/products professionally.
- Generate leads and set qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate client information and call records.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center roles (UAE experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog is a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
