As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in South Asian cuisine and be passionate about food, leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing duties
- Train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff to maintain service standards
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with brand standards
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in inventory control, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare shift reports and support restaurant management with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant
- Strong knowledge of South Asian cuisine and service culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluent in English (Urdu/Hindi a plus)
- Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- UAE experience preferred; Abu Dhabi-based candidates are encouraged to apply
