Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all assigned locations operate efficiently, maintaining high standards in food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue, optimize labor costs, and enhance profitability.
- Train and mentor store managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company policies, food safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement service improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Oversee stock management, minimize waste, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute promotional campaigns, operational improvements, and expansion strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the QSR or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in sales analysis, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
