Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Retail Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, counseling patients on proper usage, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescribed medications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide patient counseling on dosage, usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and pharmacy policies.
- Manage stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and order pharmaceutical supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and controlled drugs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
- Deliver high standards of customer service in a retail environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm D).
- Valid DHA Pharmacist License or Eligibility Letter.
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medicines, dosage, and interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
