Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in flowers, luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle products).
- Experience managing a team is an advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Russian and English, Arabic is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with focus on luxury service.
- Knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Ability to work with POS systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Instagram/WhatsApp sales and online customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations (in-shop, online, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Handle VIP clients and provide personalized service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media and messaging apps.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing.
- Train, motivate, and supervise sales staff.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
