Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan and finance products offered by top-tier UAE banks
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right financial solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service
- Stay up to date with banking policies, financial regulations, and product changes
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced candidates in personal finance, personal loan sales, or banking sales preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for financial sales are encouraged to apply
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
