About the Role
Fintrek Marketing is seeking highly motivated and energetic Sales Executives to promote and sell personal loan products for leading banks in the UAE. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or an experienced banking sales professional, if you're passionate about sales and driven by targets and incentives, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell personal loan products to individual clients on behalf of top UAE banks.
- Source and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and customer referrals.
- Provide financial advice and tailor loan solutions based on client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on UAE banking policies and financial regulations.
Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to close deals.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Currently based in the UAE.
