- At least 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
- Demonstrated success in retail sales, with quantifiable achievements.
- Strong background in sales training and team motivation.
- Experience managing retail operations and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel across branches and work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
- High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills - English
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
- Able to start work immediately
