We are seeking a skilled and motivated Revenue GP Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only provide top-notch aesthetic treatments but also contribute to revenue growth by promoting services and products to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments (facials, injectables, laser procedures, skin rejuvenation, etc.) safely and professionally.
- Provide excellent client consultation, assessing needs, and recommending suitable treatments.
- Drive clinic revenue by upselling treatments, packages, and skincare products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance in all procedures.
- Keep accurate client records and monitor treatment progress.
- Stay updated on latest aesthetic trends, technologies, and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Licensed/Certified Aesthetician with relevant training and experience.
- Proven track record in delivering aesthetic services and contributing to revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of current skincare products, devices, and aesthetic treatments.
