Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revit Façade Designer with proven hands-on experience in façade design and engineering within the UAE construction environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and possess a strong understanding of façade systems, architectural detailing, and local building regulations. This role involves close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver innovative, sustainable, and code-compliant façade solutions across diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed façade designs using Autodesk Revit, ensuring precision and compliance with architectural and engineering requirements.
- Create and manage 3D BIM models, shop drawings, fabrication details, and construction documentation for curtain walls, cladding, aluminum, glazing, and related systems.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure integrated, clash-free design outcomes.
- Prepare and review technical documentation including material specifications, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Conduct periodic site inspections to verify design execution, troubleshoot technical issues, and uphold quality standards.
- Ensure designs meet UAE building codes, local authority requirements, and sustainability regulations.
- Contribute to value engineering efforts by recommending cost-effective, performance-driven design alternatives.
- Maintain organized and accurate project records, drawings, and documentation following company protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of UAE-based experience in façade design and engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, or other BIM software is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of façade systems including curtain walls, aluminum cladding, glass, stone, and composite façades.
- Familiarity with UAE municipal codes such as Dubai Municipality and Abu Dhabi Municipality standards.
