We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Roadshow Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our international roadshows. This role involves coordinating hotel bookings, managing procurement processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hotel and venue bookings for global roadshows
- Manage Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow up on booking confirmations, contracts, and invoices
- Liaise with procurement, accounts, and audit teams for approvals and payments
- Maintain organized records of contracts and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Sobha Realty’s quality standards
- Support vendor communication and update project trackers
- Provide administrative and on-ground event support
- Work flexible hours to support international time zones
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, or admin support
- Minimum 1 year of Salesforce experience
- Basic knowledge of hotel coordination and procurement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in English
