About Us:
Innovative Generations Institute is a dynamic learning hub dedicated to empowering young minds through hands-on education in coding, robotics, mental math, and creative arts. We are expanding and looking for a passionate and experienced Robotics Trainer to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate robotics and coding sessions (LEGO, Arduino, Blockly, Scratch,VEX etc.)
- Guide students (ages 5–14) through practical projects and challenges
- Support workshops, camps, and competitions across different locations
- Manage class setup and ensure safe and effective learning environments
- Provide regular feedback on student progress and development
Requirements:
- Must have own valid UAE visa (residence/spouse/freelance visa holders only)
- Previous experience teaching robotics and/or coding to children preferred
- Strong knowledge of platforms like LEGO SPIKE/BricQ, Arduino, Scratch, etc.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and creativity skills
- Availability on weekends and during school holidays is a plus
