Job description:
We are looking for a skilled Russian-Speaking Junior Business Consultant in the field of international corporate law.
Business Consultant’s main responsibilities:
1) Drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate documents;
2) Communicating with government authorities across different jurisdictions;
3) Registering and maintaining companies in multiple countries;
4) Assisting with tax numbers, licenses, certificates, etc.;
5) Advising clients on corporate law in various jurisdictions.
We guarantee comprehensive training but expect the candidate to learn quickly and demonstrate initiative.
Key requirements:
- At least 2 years of similar work experience;
- Higher legal education;
- Fluent Russian and English (both spoken and written);
- Competent in using computers, including MS Word, Excel;
- High organisational, problem-solving and excellent communication skills;
- Capability of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
