- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with UAE laws and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure all workers, subcontractors, and visitors are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
- Lead safety induction and training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
- Maintain accurate safety records, inspection checklists, and incident logs.
- Coordinate with site management to ensure safe work practices, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Assist in preparing risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation) for inspections and safety compliance.
- Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, awareness campaigns, and regular meetings.
