Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (SaaS Product) to join our UAE team. This hybrid role combines upselling of our Speed ERP system to existing clients and customer success responsibilities to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, tech-savvy, and experienced in relationship-driven SaaS sales. They will work closely with current customers to understand evolving needs, present new features/modules, and drive usage and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Upselling & Cross-selling
- Promote and upsell advanced modules and features of Speed ERP to existing customers based on their business needs and growth.
- Customer Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong and ongoing relationships.
- Client Onboarding & Training
Support the onboarding of new users and deliver product training to ensure successful adoption and usage.Proactively manage client accounts to reduce churn and ensure contract renewals.Gather customer feedback, identify pain points, and communicate them to product and support teams for resolution and improvement.Track upsell opportunities, manage a pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and report regularly on account performance and revenue growth.Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to align customer success efforts with company goals and customer outcomes.Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS account management, customer success, or inside sales.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems or SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for solving problems and delivering value.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools.
- Understanding of the UAE/GCC business environment, especially in the automotive sector, is preferred.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Arabic language proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
