Job Description:
FirstPoint Group is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Admin / Sales Representative to support our growing operations. This role is a hybrid of administrative support and client-facing sales tasks. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a maintenance, fit-out, or interior design company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and client documentation
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent after-sales support
- Upsell additional services and solutions where appropriate
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on ongoing leads
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting
- Coordinate internally with project and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a maintenance, fit-out, or interior design company (mandatory)
- Strong organizational, communication, and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
