Known for delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service, we’re now expanding our team and looking for a Sales Administrator who’s confident, organized, and knows how to turn quotes into confirmed projects.
Role Summary:
This is more than just an admin role — we're looking for someone who’s comfortable communicating directly with clients, preparing accurate and compelling quotations, and actively following up to convert quotes into sales. You’ll be the backbone of our sales team, supporting project coordination while playing a key role in revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries
- Prepare and send professional quotations and proposals
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and close deals
- Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and project details
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure accurate scope and pricing
- Track and report on quotation status and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Prior experience in interior design, fit-out, or maintenance is a must
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus but not required
