If you have excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of UAE experience, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic and rewarding industry.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote property listings
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budgets, and preferences
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Provide property details, pricing, and payment plan information to clients
- Achieve daily and weekly call and lead generation targets
- Stay updated on market trends and available properties
Qualifications
- Female candidates only
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experience in the UAE (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Positive, target-driven, and motivated mindset
