About the Sales Analyst role:
The primary function of this role is to support the Sales Team with the administrative functions of sale enabling the sales team to manage sales development and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Collating external sales data from various sources and preparing for business intelligence and analysis.
Collection and distribution of samples / quality complaint tracking / in market price surveys / new customer set up / maintain sales files and record keeping / maintain point of sales asset register / engage customer service for order tracking.
Interaction with external stakeholders (distributor supply chain) and internal (marketing / finance / operations) for demand planning and giving the business an accurate view of forecast volumes.
What we are looking for in a Senior Finance Analyst:
Experience in demand planning and sales support in the Middle East
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
MS Office, MS Excel and Outlook skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work accurately with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
SAP and Microsoft skills (advanced level)
