We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communications, sending professional emails, making cold calls, and preparing sales quotations. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement, generating leads, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce products/services.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Sales Quotations & Proposals:
Prepare and send customised price offers, quotations, and sales proposals.
Negotiate terms and close deals when possible.
CRM & Data Management:
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Track sales activities and report on performance metrics.
Customer Support & Follow-ups:
Assist customers with order processing, payments, and after-sales support.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (excellent written & spoken communication).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for handling objections.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & CRM software.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
