Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the exhibition stand industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and marketing, particularly within events, exhibitions, or interior fit-out sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the exhibitions and events market (B2B).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to offer tailored exhibition stand solutions to clients.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events to promote the company.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activity via CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the exhibition, events, or interiors industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of local and international exhibition markets (UAE/GCC).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
