The Thai Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets by building strong relationships with Thai-speaking customers, ensuring exceptional service, and promoting the company’s products effectively. This role requires fluency in Thai, strong communication skills, and a passion for food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and the sales team.
- Communicate effectively with Thai-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Support marketing and promotional activities targeting the Thai market segment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.
- Assist in translating product descriptions, menus, and promotional materials from English to Thai when needed.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and food-tasting sessions to promote the company’s offerings.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Native or fluent proficiency in Thai and good command of English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or F&B (Food & Beverage) industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
