We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Academy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational programs, courses, and services to potential students and clients. The Sales Representative will play a key role in building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their educational goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Generate leads and follow up on inbound inquiries regarding the academy’s programs.
- Sales Presentations & Consultations: Provide detailed presentations on the academy’s courses, offerings, and benefits to potential students and corporate clients. Customize presentations to meet the needs of each individual or organization.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, their families, and corporate decision-makers. Ensure that leads are nurtured effectively throughout the sales process.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each prospect and recommend the best-fit programs and services that align with their educational objectives.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track sales progress and maintain accurate records of all leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for students from initial contact through enrollment and beyond. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and promotions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to proactively position the academy as a leader in the education sector.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of educational programs and the learning process is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Prior experience in selling educational services, training programs, or courses.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies.
