Job Title: Sales Executive for Building Materials (Steel & Cement)
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and develop client relationships within the construction industry
- Promote and sell steel, cement, and related products to contractors, builders, and developers
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide market feedback to management for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience in the UAE, preferably in building materials (steel and cement)
- Strong knowledge of construction industry products and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
