Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets for geotextiles and related products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new projects and markets.
- Conduct client presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
2. Business Development
- Identify potential projects in infrastructure, roads, drainage, erosion control, landfills, and waste management.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and government procurement teams.
- Register Nask products with consultants and authorities to ensure approval for projects.
3. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, market pricing, and upcoming tenders/projects.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored geotextile solutions.
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, standards, and industry trends.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Negotiate contracts, quotations, and commercial terms.
- Act as the key point of contact for existing and new customers.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Represent Nask at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials, geotextiles, or infrastructure products.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, project specifications, and tender documents.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field (Engineering background preferred).
- 5+ years of sales/business development experience in geotextiles, construction materials, or infrastructure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC construction market and government project procedures.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
