Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Aluminium & Steel Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in the metal fabrication industry, with a strong understanding of aluminium and steel products, and a proven track record in B2B sales, project coordination, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients within the aluminium and steel fabrication industry.
- Identify and understand client requirements, propose suitable product solutions, and deliver competitive quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and conduct client presentations, technical discussions, and site visits.
- Follow up on ongoing projects, quotations, and payment collections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, specifically in aluminium and/or steel fabrication companies.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, steel structures, cladding, glazing, and metal works.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling façade, curtain wall, or metal structure projects.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, BOQ, and estimation processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
