Responsibilities
- Guide potential clients with expert advice on Australian permanent immigration matters (189, 190, 491 subclass, visit visa, study visa) and Canada permanent immigration (federal, provincial, visit visa, study visa).
- Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws and regulations.
- Assess potential clients’ profiles and provide the most suitable immigration options and solutions based on their goals and plans.
- Provide clients with an understanding of the immigration process and laws through proposals, consultations, and one-on-one meetings.
- Assist with, interact with, and communicate with clients on a daily basis, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
- Provide information and guidance concerning medical exams, police certificates, and other document requirements.
- Conduct research on recent immigration news, policies, and trends.
- Stay updated on changes to requirements and processing fees.
- Manage databases and use CRM systems effectively to track client interactions and progress.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate immigration solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Degree in business, economics, marketing, or other relevant disciplines; a master’s or an advanced degree will be considered an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent research and strategic analysis skills.
- High competency in the Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience in the immigration industry or related fields is highly desirable.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
