Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients in need of office furniture solutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable office chairs and furniture from our product range.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Present our products to clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the furniture or interiors industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with an enthusiasm for staying informed about product offerings.
- Experience with Zoho CRM systems is a plus.
