We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants who are passionate about sales and client success. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling business setup or B2B services, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored business setup solutions (mainland, free zone, offshore).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, close deals, and ensure timely onboarding of clients.
- Maintain strong follow-up and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, PRO, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on UAE business regulations, jurisdictions, and new company formation opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in business setup, real estate, banking, or insurance).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
