Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Targeted Email Outreach: Execute daily outreach campaigns by sending 100-150 personalized emails to potential clients, showcasing specific cleaning services as directed by management.
2. Quotation Management: Generate and send accurate and timely quotations to clients based on their requirements and in alignment with company pricing guidelines.
3. Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue invoices for completed sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and documentation management.
5. Customer Interaction: Engage with clients professionally, addressing their queries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
6. Order Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to coordinate the delivery of cleaning services once sales are confirmed with team and to schedule service on a daily, weekly & monthly basis contract.
7. Software Systems functioning: Oversee the upkeep and optimization of our software systems, ensuring their functionality and efficiency in supporting daily operations.
8. Documentation: Organize and file sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
9. Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth flow of information and effective collaboration.
10. Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for streamlining outreach and sales processes, proposing improvements to boost efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
