At ES Premier, we are a leading uniforms and sportswear manufacturing company based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, known for producing high-quality custom uniforms for schools, corporates, hospitality, medical, industrial, and sports sectors across the UAE.
Position: Sales Coordinator
Industry Preference: Uniforms / Apparel Manufacturing ONLY
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process inbound sales inquiries (email, phone, WhatsApp)
- Assist the sales team in generating quotations, tracking orders, and following up with clients
- Maintain and update customer records, order files, and sample logs
- Act as a bridge between production and client needs
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding production timelines and uniform details
- Handle general administrative tasks and office coordination duties
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the uniforms or garment manufacturing industry
- Minimum 2–3 years in sales coordination or sales support
- Strong understanding of uniform product categories
- Excellent communication in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic Excel, email handling
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently
