The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in implementing CosmeSurge’s new sales framework across the assigned region/emirate, ensuring consistency in sales execution and patient experience across all locations. Working in close collaboration with Senior Patient Admin Executives (SPAEs), the role will focus on monitoring performance, optimizing conversion processes, and identifying new business development opportunities. This position is critical to driving growth, supporting operational alignment, and upholding the high standards of CosmeSurge’s sales strategy.
1. Sales Framework Implementation & Coordination
- Assist in rolling out the new sales structure across clinics and hospitals, ensuring consistency in sales execution and patient engagement.
- Collaborate with Senior Patient Admin Executives to achieve monthly revenue targets for assigned departments/doctors.
- Align and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs with Senior Patient Admin Executives to ensure performance optimization.
2. Sales Support & CRM Management
- Coordinate timely and consistent lead follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM systems.
- Support the conversion of leads from Tier 1 consultations to confirmed bookings and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer data in the CRM and coordinate with the Call Center Supervisor to align agent activity with sales goals.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Business Development Support
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, upselling tactics, and sales initiatives.

4. Reporting & Performance Support
