- Sales Team Support:Coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and managing communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Order Management:Processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, and managing inventory of sales materials.
- Customer Relationship Management:Responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and following up with clients after sales.
- Administrative Tasks:Maintaining customer databases, managing sales records, and assisting with various administrative duties.
- logistics management : can creat bill of landing , insure the freight and delivery process inbound and outbound .
- Odoo experience in doing the CRM and sales orders
