Sun Packaging Systems FZC subsidiary of TPAC packaging is a designer and manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for FMCG and pharmaceuticals.
We partner with brands to create sustainable quality and technically optimized packaging. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales operations.
Location: Sharjah Saif Zone
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
- Order Management: Ensure seamless coordination between sales, planning, and production teams for timely order execution and delivery.
- Payment Follow-ups: Track outstanding payments, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collections.
- Customer Communication: Maintain strong relationships with customers, address their concerns, and provide updates on order status.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain sales records, update CRM/Excel sheets, and generate reports for management review.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with planning, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry).
- Experience working on CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
