Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Manager and lead our Customer Care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and at least 3–4 years of experience in managing or supervising a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager with daily reports, sales team KPIs, and follow-ups
- Supervise and mentor the Customer Care team, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Conduct regular training to improve service quality and build a customer-centric approach
- Coordinate between sales and customer service teams for smooth day-to-day operations
- Monitor customer feedback and help resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience leading a customer service or support team
- Solid background in customer care, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and hands-on approach
