We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to handle indoor sales support and client coordination. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. This role suits someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, office-based sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Process orders and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
- Maintain sales records and update databases.
- Support the sales team with presentations, reports, and scheduling.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years in sales coordination or indoor sales preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suit.
