We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative with a strong background in the medical or dental field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient communication, confirming appointments, handling rescheduling, and supporting the clinic’s sales and service activities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and WhatsApp inquiries related to patient appointments
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi languages is a plus)
