Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain existing partnerships.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and client expectations.
- Track sales performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to represent the brand.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to marketing teams to refine campaigns based on market response.
- Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to account management teams.
Job Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiar with CRM tools and business development platforms.
- Must Required UAE Driving License
