Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive who can generate leads, visit project sites, meet consultants/contractors, and close B2B and B2C deals in the glass and aluminium works segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers (contractors, consultants, developers, end-users)
- Visit construction sites and coordinate with project managers for scope of work
- Present company services and product offerings clearly and professionally
- Prepare and send quotations, follow up on leads and negotiate deals
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure post-sale support and satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical team for accurate costing and execution timelines
- Maintain CRM records of daily visits, client data, and project pipelines
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven 1–2 years of UAE experience in construction/interior fit-out/glass & aluminium sales (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of glass and aluminium products and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi; Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand BOQs
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and organized
