Key Purpose of the job
As part of the Logistics Sales team, the ideal candidate must be a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the freight forwarding, warehousing, and contract logistics sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting prospecting / cold calling a client list within one or more of the above verticals.
- Developing or landing clients from a transactional relationship to a strategic alliance that maps key stakeholders, end-to-end logistics needs, including airlines, Sea freight, land freight.
- Promoting the brand and advocating for our services within the logistics space, particularly regarding our warehousing and freight forwarding services.
- Getting close to your customer base, helping them grow within the sector by identifying new market trends and opportunities for service expansion.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive Sales experience in UAE’s logistics Arena with a dedicated logistics provider.
- Ability to close clients, involving outdoor client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
