Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, with a deep understanding of the printing and packaging market in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients in the printing and packaging industry. Develop strategies to approach and secure new business.
● Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
● Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
● Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company's printing and packaging products and services. Effectively communicate the value and benefits to clients.
● Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
● Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management.
● Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
● Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements. Attend industry events, workshops, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
● Strong understanding of the UAE market and business culture.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
● Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
