Job Title: Sales Executive (Scaffolding & Steel Industry – UAE Experience Required)
Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED 3000 – AED 4500 per month (based on experience and performance)
Job Summary
Build Mode Industries FZ LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of UAE-based experience in the scaffolding and steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong client network, excellent knowledge of industry products, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the scaffolding and steel sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations as required.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policy.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
- Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of scaffolding systems, steel structures, and associated services.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate closely with the operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE scaffolding and steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and steel fabrication processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
