JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring a driven and experienced Real Estate Recruiter to scale our team of commission-based agents in Dubai. You’ll be responsible for attracting qualified agents, on boarding new hires, and ensuring fresher’s receive the guidance they need to succeed in a commission-only sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection of qualified candidates.
· Source and recruit commission-based real estate agents through online portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and networking.
· Consistently achieve a hiring target of 5 qualified agents per month.
· Promote the company’s value proposition, commission structure, support system, and growth opportunities.
· Conduct phone calls, Zoom, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Present company structure, commission model, and expectations clearly and professionally.
· Maintain a recruitment pipeline and report hiring progress weekly.
· Work with management to align recruitment with business targets and team needs.
· Maintain up to date Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate recruitment
· Proven ability to recruit commission-based agents
· Previous experience training or on boarding junior agents or sales staff
· Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Russian is a plus)
· Motivated, target-driven, and excellent at building relationships
· Strong communication and leadership skills
